During our Europe Road trip this year, Alex and I drove down to Lake Garda for a couple of nights. First, we stayed in Sirmione and then we drove up to beautiful Riva del Garda where we stayed at the Ambassador Suite Hotel.

Room Standard (Superior Double Room)
We stayed in one of their Superior Double Rooms, and we liked it a lot. The room was equipped with everything we needed during our stay and we had a private bathroom and a balcony with a view of the mountains.
It was a spacious and comfortable room for two persons!

Breakfast
Ambassador Suite Hotel offered a standard continental breakfast buffet with yogurt, cereals, toast/bread, eggs, bacon, some veggies, nuts/dried fruits, sweets, juice and tea/coffee etc. A big plus was that they had soymilk, which makes this hotel vegan-friendly as well.
It was a big and filling breakfast!
Staff
I have nothing bad to say about the staff since they all were very friendly and helpful towards us. The check-in and check-out went smooth and fast, and they always greeted us with a smile.

WiFi
The WiFi worked well throughout our whole stay. We tried it up in our room, out on the balcony, down by the reception and also at breakfast – and it worked great!
Outside the room
Outside the hotel room, there’s a pool, garden, library, game room and bar to enjoy. So you can say that they offer something for both the kids and the adults, which is good.
Location
Ambassador Suite Hotel is located in Riva del Garda just a couple of minutes away from the waterfront, restaurants, and shops. The city center is about 10-15 minutes away by foot, but the hotel also offers free bike rental that you can use during your stay with them – which makes it even better and faster to get around in the city.
Not forget to mention that Riva del Garda is a bike-friendly town!

We had a great stay at Ambassador Suite Hotel in Riva del Garda. We only stayed there for one night, but we still had a good experience. Our room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The WiFi worked great and the staff was both friendly and helpful.
