When Alex and I visited London a couple of weeks ago we stayed at the Landmark London. A beautiful 5-star luxury hotel offering delicious food, spa, great service, and comfortable rooms. We stayed there for 2 nights and had such a lovely time.
Down below you can read more about my experience of the Landmark London, useful information and also what to expect as a hotel guest.
Room Standard (Corner Executive Room)
We stayed in one of their corner executive rooms, and we loved it. It was a spacious room with beautiful interior and decor. We had an entrance, a bedroom/living room with a comfy bed, couch and armchairs, TV and desk. In our room, we also had a big bathroom with both shower and bathtub and separate toilet.
The room was big and beautiful, and we both felt comfortable staying there.

Breakfast
The breakfast served at the Landmark Hotel was no doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. They had so many yummy fresh things to choose from, with everything from fresh tropical fruits (passion fruits, blueberries, strawberries etc.) and yogurt with granola to grilled chèvre cheese and avocado toasts.
Not forget to mention the beautiful environment with the lush palm trees and the glass ceiling.
What to choose from the breakfast buffet:
- Fresh bread & different kinds of spreads
- Tea – they have several flavors
- Coffee – any type/style you want
- Yogurt with granola, nuts, fresh fruits etc.
- Cold cuts
- Cheese
- Freshly squeezed juice (mixed fruits, orange, green juice etc.)
- Fresh tropical fruits
- Nuts (they even had macadamia nuts!!)
- Different kinds of salads
- Different delicious cold dishes
- Sweets
+ you can order from things from the menu such as avocado toast, English breakfast, and porridge.
Outside the room
Outside the hotel room, there’s the Winter Garden restaurant where you can have breakfast, Sunday Jazz Brunch or Afternoon Tea. In their TwoTwentyTwo Restaurant, you can enjoy modern European cuisine and in the Mirror Bar a delicious cocktail during the evening.
Except for the delicious food and drinks, the Landmark offers a well-equipped spa with both Sauna, Sanarium, and several relaxing treatments.
Staff
The staff was friendly, service-minded and they always greeted us with a smile on their faces. Everything went smoothly with the check-in and check-out and the staff even provided us with a newspaper each morning.
You can really feel that this is a luxury hotel since they even have doormen that open up the door for you every time you leave or enter the hotel – all of them are also very kind.
WiFi
The WiFi worked great throughout our whole stay. We tried the WiFi up in our room (even streamed movies on Netflix), down at breakfast, in the reception and so on… And it worked like a charm!
Location
The Landmark London is located in the heart of Central London in the neighborhood of Marylebone. The area is beautiful and offers many beautiful places for you to see, and there’s also a metro station (Marylebone) across the street from the hotel. The metro is easy to use and takes you to all the popular attractions and neighborhoods in London.
Summary of our stay at the Landmark London
Alex and I had a great stay at the Landmark London during our weekend in the city. The hotel itself is very beautiful and offers delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great service.
One of the highlights was to have breakfast in their beautiful Winter Garden Restaurant. Like I mentioned, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a luxury hotel, so it was definitely a big plus for me since I love to eat food.
It was indeed a nice stay, and I can’t wait until next time we visit!
Is it worth staying here?
