Souvenirs are one of the best ways to tell your friends and family that you are thinking about them while traveling. And it’s also something that’s fun to buy for yourself as a memory from your trip.

So, do you want to know what to buy in Las Vegas for your loved ones? Then continue reading below, because here’s a list of the top 10 things to buy in Las Vegas!

Custom Poker Chips

One of the things most people associate with Las Vegas is casinos with the slot machines, people betting money and playing poker.

After your trip to Las Vegas it might be fun to gather your friends and family for a poker night, and what wouldn’t be cooler if you show up to the game night with your custom made poker chips.

You can get a set of clay chips (the finest ones) with custom inlay, a personalized case and playing cards for around 300 USD.

Navajo Turquoise Jewelry

The Native American tribes from Southern Nevada make the most beautiful jewelry with turquoise stones. The Turquoise stones with the streak of brown are called Boulder Turquoise, and they’re mined locally in Nevada.

If you decide to go on a day trip out to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead or Boulder City, then you’ll pass by several antique shops where they sell these beautiful jewelry pieces.

If you know someone who loves jewelry, then this is one of the best Las Vegas souvenirs to buy!

Nevada Vodka

It’s actually quite funny that distilled spirits were prohibited to produce in Nevada until 2011 if you think about all the gambling and drinking that’s going on in the state.

The summer of 2011, the Las Vegas Distillery became the first craft distillery in Nevada with their Nevada Vodka, and in 2014 they became the first whiskey makers as well.

You can visit the Las Vegas Distillery and go on a tour and tasting. After the tasting and tour, you can always buy a bottle and bring back home as a souvenir from your experience.

Jean Philippe Patisserie Chocolates

If you’re like me and love chocolate, then this is the place for you to go souvenir shopping.

When entering this shop you’ll be met by a 27-foot high fountain with both dark, milk and white chocolate. At this place you can sit down and enjoy some delicious chocolate, as well as gourmet crepes, cakes, cookies, salads, sandwiches, and ice cream.

After filling your tummy with the delicious things from Jean Philippe Patisserie Chocolates, make sure to buy a gift box with chocolates so you can spoil your friends and family when you get back home.

Saguaro Cactus

My mom once traveled to Nevada, and there she got a Saguaro Cactus that she brought with her back home. That cactus she had for over 20 years and I remember it well because it was so cool and exotic, because cactuses don’t grow in Sweden.

However, Nevada has a lot of desert landscapes where it grows cactuses, so I can recommend buying a small one and bring back home with you. This is a souvenir you can have a long time, and if you take care of it, it can grow and get really big and beautiful!

M&M’s World

Anyone with a sweet tooth will love this store. The M&M’s World Store is four stories high and is packed with colorful yummy candy and M&M souvenirs.

One of the best things about this place is that you can personalize your M&Ms, which makes this a great Las Vegas souvenir. Write your name, a friends name, or simply ”Las Vegas” so you’ll think about your trip to Las Vegas when you’re curled up on the couch watching a movie and eating your M&Ms back home.

Houdini’s Magic Shop – Las Vegas Souvenirs for children

In the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, you’ll find Houdini’s Magic Shop. Here you can find some fun Las Vegas souvenirs for the kids.

At Houdini’s Magic Shop you can buy how-to books, magic sets, and various accessories for magic tricks.

Just visiting the store is an experience in itself, since the atmosphere is so happy and magical. The stage is more than happy to offer demonstrations of the magical products to guide you to the perfect souvenirs.

Gold & Silver Pawn (Pawn Stars)

If you’re like me and are a big fan of the TV-show Pawn Stars, then you have to visit their Gold & Silver Pawn Store in Las Vegas. This is no doubt the worlds most famous pawn shop thanks to the TV-show on History Channel.

From beautiful jewelry and sports memorabilia to antiques and cars – you’ll find a lot of fun things at the Gold & Silver Pawn.

Make sure to stop by the new retail center Pawn plaza that’s located right next to the pawn shop. There you have to visit Ricks Rollin Smoke Barbeque and Tavern where the owner Rick Harrison sometimes comes to hang out with the guests.

Bonanza Gift Shop

The Bonanza Gift Shop is billed as the world’s largest gift shop, and here it’s impossible not to find some good Las Vegas souvenirs.

The shop has been around since the early 1980s, and inside you can find classic souvenirs such as keychains, shot glasses, and ”Welcome to Las Vegas” coffee mugs.

Christmas Ornament

One of my favorite souvenirs to buy while traveling is Christmas ornaments. It’s so fun to collect these Christmas ornaments since you get so happy when seeing them in your Christmas tree – reminding you of all the trips you’ve made.

It’s fun to buy a Christmas ornament that symbolizes the place you’ve visited, like this ornament in the picture below – a slot machine, which is a great symbol of Las Vegas.
